First off most people don’t know how to write them so they will be valuable, 99% don’t know they can sell em, of that 99% most will keep them. The only sellers are people in VERY bad circumstances.
Knowing notes is great knowledge to have though. LOL
herbster you’re spot on, i’m with an investor group and the majority of the notes we bought have been clients in default. the lack of knowledge throughout does hinder the amount of deals that get done but at this point its hard to get any kind of deal done anyway but you can’t stop trying.
