Hi,
I am just getting started in my investing career where I currently reside in central Texas. Just like most people in my position I am looking for help.
Are there any potential mentors out there who would be willing to offer real estate investing guidance to a 23yr college graduate?
I am leaning towards two specific niches of investing. 1) Rehabs 2) Lease purchases
I would love to talk to anyone with any experience in either of the above niches.
