Went to the housing authority to get this list and the lady told me she could not give it to me. Is this available for the public. I live in Pennsylvania. If so. I can I get her to give it to me?

Since no-one from Pennsylvania answered, I’ll throw in my 2 cents.
I don’t know the answer to your question, whether they’ll give the list to everyone in the public. However, they do give the list to new Section 8 tenants because applicants call me all the time looking for apartments or houses. They say that they got my name and number from Section 8. Therefore, if you can’t get the list directly, ask one of your Section 8 tenants or applicants.

I have heard that. The only problem is, I do not have Tenants. Other than stopping someone that is going in there and getting them to get the list. Not sure how to do that
I heard somewhere that you can just stop someone ( a tenant) going in or out and offer a few dollars. It isn’t really a problem for them
