seasoning issues on ss

Hello ALL, The question that i have is, If you find a good ss candidate and all goes well with the process of getting the band to take a discount and you get a hard money loan to purchase then find your end buyer- or possibley have one waiting in the wing to purchase it from you would you then run into a ny seasoning issues when it come time to close with your end buyer and if so would any of you ss negoitiators have any way arounfd this issue to avoid paying high monthly payment and gettin cashed out of the deal. ps could you take control of the propety first via land trust to gain ownership. Thank you so much in advance

Using a land trust is a great way to go. Seasoning problems shouldn’t be an issue as long as you If the end buyer’s lender doesn’t want to play ball refer the end buyer to your lender that you know can close the deal. I suggest having a list of preferred short sale end buyer lenders. Lender’s that understand the process and can close the deal will be the one’s who thrive in this maket and your ace in the hole for end buyer financing. :dance2

Does anyone have a list of end buyers lenders that will close the deal with no seasoning issues?? I know of one!
