Hi I’m an investor in southern Illinois I’m looking for hard lenders in my area but would prefer some private lenders because they are easier to deal with can anybody help me
Where/what have you tried thus far?
I’ve looked into hard money but I want funding in place for purchase of house and rehab costs I’ve posted on Craig’s list before looking for private lenders but I was only contacted by scammers
Have you tried any of the lenders listed in the Hard Money Lenders category under Investor Resources , to the left of this post?
Yes but they run a credit check and want u to have proof if income but I just lost my job so that won’t help
