Most investors think that all they should do is hang them on the door handle… Just knock…
When they answer the door say " My family and I are looking for a home in the neighborhood, who do you know that is looking to move out of the area?"

Here is what we do. We use Post it Notes. Just a simple message to get attention. Some call and some say no thank you. Our Post it note is 4x6. Yellow with black writing.
