Has anybody bought Scott Meyers self-storage home training? Is it worth the $1300?

So, has nobody bought/read/used his courses? Do they suck that bad that no one will shell out the cash? :cheesy Or, has no one taken an interest in his niche? Should I take one for the team and be the first to evaluate what he teaches?

I’ve had some interest in this topic as well, though I’ve never heard of Scott Meyer until this post.
I’m done with spending big bucks for guru crap though. I figure just by doing some research on my own, and by talking to people, I can save myself $1300 or whatever the fees wind up to be.
What does a self-storage facility typically cost?
It depends on the size. Some go for 5-7 figures.
I’ve seen a couple for sale recently that had about 200 units. They were asking $1.75MM.
The very few times I’ve been enticed by a self-proclaimed guru to buy their course, I bought it on ebay for no more than 10% of what the guru wanted. In every case, this was 100% more than what it was worth.
As with real estate, never pay retail.
