I am looking at a property that I believe to have some structural issues. In the basement you can see the jacks holding up the house, and therefore the flooring is soft and spongey because the support isn’t how it should be. I know without actually seeing it you won’t be able to give me an exact estimate, but ballpark, how much does it cost to repair something like that?
