I have heard that wholesaling house can generate a good income unfortunately I have tried everything else to no avail (stocks cars, coins etc.,) and nothing has worked can someone give me any idea if I apply real hard this will work I really need something to help my finances right now

Agreed! Learn as much as you can before doing too much. You can make good money in real estate but you can also lose a lot if you’re not careful. Lots of great books out there. Pick an investment strategy that appeals to you, and then learn as much as you can from books, articles on REIClub etc.

Real estate can be a path to financial freedom, but the recent foreclosure crash shows the flip side. Real estate is not a no work, get rich quick road - nor is wholesaling. It is going to require time, diligence, focus and patience. But it can work for you if you are willing to work hard for it.
If possible, I would like to get some assistance as well. I am in the San Antonio area and a new investor. I’m looking to have a mentor to guide me and make sure I do not go broke while learning the process, lol. Could you be of any assistance?
