Daniel, sounds like you’re penny wise and dollar foolish. Have an attorney assist you with solid paperwork for your deals, or invest in a course with the needed agreements. Pulling a generic contract off the internet is an invitation for trouble. This is your business. Invest in yourself and protect yourself.
