I’ve been speaking with a lot of realtors in the San Antonio area. They say SFH w/4 beds and 3 baths 2500 sq ft are what’s in demand as rentals. Multi units are not in high demand.
I want to hear it from investors in the area.
Can you confirm this is true?
Based on what I’m seeing, there’s more SFH 3/2 less than 2000 sq ft
renting at $800 to $900 compared to larger homes. I thought that made sense since people can afford the lower rent compared to $1200 to $1400 for the larger homes.
So if you are an investor in SA, what type of rental property is in demand?
