I am establishing myself in San Antonio and am in need of building a buyer’s list. I was wondering if anyone can advise me on what newspaper to place an ad to attract buyer’s of my inventory. If there is also another method, please let me know. Thanks!
Alamo Investors and SAREI are large investor clubs from what I understand. The best buyer’s list would normally be made by 1) advertising a good deal when you actually have it and 2) networking at investor clubs with experienced people who can pay cash and move quickly.
