I’m looking for samples of letters to send to owners of vacant homes. Does anyone know where I might find some?

If you can find contact info. it may be better to speak to them in person. If they are like me they may file it as junk mail right off of the bat. If you call them and explain your interest in the property and they continue a conversation with you then, you have their interest.
