Salt lake city area, Ut. - pre-construction

I recently purchased 6 precon properties in the SLC area. I am wondering if others have invested in this area. It seems to have great potential. Money Magazine mentioned Salt Lake City as having the most undervalued house prices of the top 99 real estate markets in the US. Its currently undervalued by 23%. Utah has amongst the highest birth rates in the nation and the highest life expectancy. And of course, Utah is currently experiencing inbound migration. Depending on who you ask, over the next 25 years Utah’s population
growth is estimated to be between 56% and 78%, making it number 5 in the nation.

Any thoughts on this area?

I am new to Real Estate, but I live in the Salt Lake area. It is booming here!. There is new construction all over. If you need any help with anything, please let me know!

Many feel that the area may appreciate (conservatively) 50% in the next 3-5 years.

Do others have any thoughts or experiences in the SLC area?
