What are good websites to use to find out current sales and rental comps? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Web sites are ok for finding out general value information, however for any actual purchase you want market analysis comparables within a 1/4 mile and less than 3 months old, if you can’t get 3 within those perameters, then 1/2 mile and not older than 6 months or 1 mile and not older than 6 months.

And for rental market analysis you want that info to be 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, or mile around your property and not older than 1 to 3 months.
