Hi fellow forumists, as you all know traditional real estate is not so great these days so we have to start thinking creatively. One of the thoughts I been having is doing master leases under the name of my broker. But I was wondering if any of you have any thoughts on the pros and cons of a real estate sales agent doing something like that.
