How does sale to the end buyer work?
Subject to seems the best way to go in but concerned about the due on sale. Land trust seems to take care of this, but then when the tenant/buyer goes to get a loan the lender has issues with the seller being a trust(I guess the trust cannot be paid on the hud).
If just lease optioning from the seller your not on title, and lenders require the seller to be on title for 90days.
So what gives, none of these methods seem to work when trying to sell to an end buyer. I must be missing something because I know these are done all the time?
