are you looking to buy the land and homes and just lease them back to the seller for a certain amount of time for there use??? also will they be buying it back from you??? do they have a business on the land???
I am the owner of the land; it is income producing (rental property). There are two brick homes and two mobile homes on the land. I only rent out the space for the mobile homes.
I was thinking of selling the property and leasing it back for a 3-5 year term. I would also like to have a buy-back option. I need to pull out the equity and use it to develop the land. I plan to build a 15 plex on .942 acre. I am looking into multiple alternatives to pull the equity other than a straight cash-out refinance.
