Anyone having problems with BOA as the 2nd lien holder. I am trying to complete a SS and BOA just does not want to budge. I had 4 people trying to buy this condo and BOA is being difficult
BOA has a 60K 2nd and the LM will not even give me a magic number. We just put offers in and the last was $15K and that only happened b/c the 1st was willing to go lower for BOA to finally accept and still BOA said NO…
Is BOA putting a freeze on 2nd SS or looking for 50cents on dollar?? If I can not close this, I think homeowner will just have to let it foreclose.
