Hello I have a question about what kind of disclosures I should use when selling/or haveing a short sale Round Robin Short Sale Auction.

If I remember correctly from all the conference calls I have been on it its something like offer is contingent upon short sale approval and sellers approval of price. Something along those lines. Basically it just mean that the short sales needs to be approved and you need to approve the price. Please let us/me know how this round robin auction turns out and also what state you are in and did you get a mortgage broker to pay the cost of your auction… Hope this helpful…
