or the rules and regulations for the short sale process (Disclosures) Thanks. :help
Just find the book “How to sell your house in 5 days” (check your library) to find out about round robin style sells (don’t call them auctions).
There are tons of books/courses on the short sale process as well as a multitude of articles (check out the articles section) on the subject. Your state laws will also determine what you can, and can’t, do as well.
