I, along with my business partner, recently signed up for Robert Allen’s EWI Mentor program that promises at least one deal within 30 days. Has anyone taken part in this one year self-building program? I’m new to the real estate investing world and initially felt that this program would be a great way to dive in and hit the ground running but I am having second thoughts about it. I just want to see what others think of this program before the three day money back guarantee is up.

About three years ago, I read Allens books and had a freind that went through his whole deal end to end. He told me he was in for about 40k. :shocked
At the time he was trying to get me to partner with him to do more preconstruction homes in Cape Coral Florida. They had turned him on to these no risk, make 50k on a 2k investment deals. He was so sold that he bought all he could himself, and had about 30 other investors going along so that he could buy more. All on the advice of the Robert Allen mentor goup that he had paid a ton of money to for “expert advice”.

I actually did a google search on Robert Allen before I posted here and the majority of the reviews I saw were unfavorable. I decided to post here to get an unbiased view of his program and it appears so far that it is not honest.
How much does it cost to be in an “enlightened” real estate course?

Dream selling is a huge and extremely lucrative business…Sort of like loan to own…
