how do i find the right accountant?
i need one who works with real estate investors. and has experience. i looked up the phone book but there’s no “real estate accountat” listing…
what questions should i ask accountants when I call them up to interview them?

ask them how many clients they have who are in the same business as you.
how long they’ve had them.
are they (CPA) an investor themselves
they’ll all assure you that they can do the work, but what you’re looking for is experience.
