This is good software, but you can find free solutions for the deal analyzing. Check out something like trulia or zillow. They not only can show the comps but also make some predictions and demografic / social image.

By the way what that software does - collects information from those sites.

I highly recommend Realquest as well. Although you have to pay a monthly fee, I found it to be well worth the investment for my business.

Just curious, what’s the rate for that Realquest? I have looked at it, but looks like there’s about 12 different levels and their rates aren’t disclosed that I could find…seems you have to call and talk to someone…

My partner actually has the software from Rich Dad Poor Dad. It is very good. However, what I have found is that most of there products are only available if you take one of their courses. For example, you can’t just arbitrarily go online to one of their sites and purchase, you have to attend one of the courses that they offer. At that time they will extend the offer to purchase their product. I am not sure why they do it this way but that is pretty much what they do.

I don’t have it, but know someone who does…it’s an online software. Not sure where you are in Oklahoma, but if you’re going to the OKC REIA meeting tomorrow, then introduce yourself to me and I’ll point you in the right direction so you can at least have a look at it.
