Return mail and what to do with it

Hello everyone,

I send several thousands of postcards out every month. I get a lot of return mail and was thinking that there could be several potential deals there.

I would like to know if anyone can give me advice on how to get in touch with the owners? Skip trace or any other method?

Yes definitely, there are skip trace services out there, like accurint. Also, knowing that you a have a vacant property, you have a much better chance of finding a deal. It’s probably worth hiring an assistant to track the owners down.
