retro fit strip mall (geoexchange)

Looking for some advise/help/suggestions/comments/ on doing a refit on hvac to geoexchange/geothermal.

We own a small strip mall with some national/local tennants. It stands to reason that we are at the start of a major energy crisis and we will be having some major price spikes in the future. I have been doing a lot of research on the net about options to lower or stabalize the energy cost of the tennants and my question is:

Do you know of any refits on strip malls to Geoexchange/Geothermal and if so what can you tell me about them?

There appears to be some major tax breaks for a 50% reduction in energy usage ,as an aside, If the landlord elects to do something in energy savings for the tennants one would think that the benefits would be a very big plus as the tennants could enjoy the saving on their bottom line.

I have no cost projections yet and I know it will not be inexpensive and there ought to be a simple way of having the tennants share in some of the major expense of upgrading the facility. This is probably a dream of getting this done.

Appreciate any comments,

thanks
