Results from newspaper ads?

I’m curious how many use newspaper ads to gain preforclosure propects. Our tri city area is about 60-70 K pop. & I see 3-4 ads all the time. My gut feeling is it is a waste of cash.

I would jump at the opportunity if there are only 3-4 ads, my area which is larger has about 25-30 ads. Even with that many ads, I’ve run one and still got calls.

I definitely think you should give it a try for at least 2-3 weeks.

I get excellent results mailing directly to folks in foreclosure. My experience is that marketing directly to your target is much more effective than a shot gun approach.
