Hi folks, I am looking for a source to get forms/document for property evaluations, record keeping, something to help me log, track and evaluate properties. I am planning on looking at a lot so I need a cheap and easy way to track them. Also any free property value websites or sources. Any advice for a beginner??
When it comes to investing, I try to be a frugal as I can be without being penny wise, pound foolish.
I’ve gotten many of my forms by visiting the library and checking out books about the investing area I was interested in. It seems most books which I borrow have some form which I can adapt to my own needs.
