REO w/mold

I’m looking at an REO(HUD) condo with signs warning of mold present. Anyone know a good mold remediator in town? Also since the property is a HUD and they will only discount up to 18% of their sales price am I likely wasting my time??? Has anyone had better luck with them on bad properties? It seems to be priced at market value (rediculous) and seems in very good shape otherwise.



I wouldn’t buy a condo without mold let alone one with mold.

There are too many houses out there that fit the cirteria. Don’t force it.

Don’t be a motivated buyer.
