Depends on the method of sale. If it is sold in a judicial sale then there is a redemption period. If however it is sold at a trustee’s sale, there is no redemption period after the sale.
How do I go about getting all needed info before biddng on a condo at a trastee’s sale in California? Is there a way to do it on line? Particularly how do I check the HOA outstanding dues? Would anyone be kind to tell me? Also, does anyone know of an instructor/mentor who for a fee could actually assist to a first auction?
