With all the discounted REO properties, do you wholesalers go after the REO’S or PRE-FORECLOSUREs? It Seems to me that the REO’S have more equity and you can buy less than 50% nowdays.
It makes more sense to go after the REO’s that have sat on the market for a while.
Pre foreclosures tend to have all of the equity tapped and it’s hard to find good ones. REO are forced to to something and will work with you if you can prove your ability to close out the deal.
