Can someone take me through beginning to end of an REO flip…
I do have one question first and would love an answer…Can u market an Reo property to a buyer after an offer is accepted and before you put up any earnest money and get a deposit from the buyer to use as earnest money?
The answer on this is YES! I would say for a easy starter way to do this is to sign a Earnest Money Promissory Note. That way you can have them sign one of there own and you are out nothing personally. Keep in mind there are other ways to do this as well. This is just like hitting the easy button.

My answer on this is also YES! I also think that you Just keep in mind that some buyers will want their emd held in an escrow acct w/ their title company, so this does not always work.
