Hi Everyone,

anyone have a lease or suggestion/input regarding renting rooms?

I’m thinking of buying a very large house, and renting 1 or 2 of the rooms.

One possibility is to figure out the square footage of the room. This figure is used in the evaulation process of larger units. You will see it on the Unit Rent Mix table of a large complex pro forma.

Find out what that going rate is in your area and go with it. My area is aroud $.78 per sq ft.
