Just wondering how some of you got renters rounded up. Do you start advertising before you even have properties available so you have people qualified before hand and on a waiting list?
I only advertise when I have an opening. Renters are VERY fickle and if they’re looking for a place in the morning, they forget about it by afternoon. In my opinion, putting a list together ahead of owning a property is a waste of time.

All I need to do here is put up a sign and…BOOM! Last property, I got over 150 calls from just signage, no ads. The house I am working now, I’ve had probably 20 people stop and ask about it while I’m working on it!
