Rental properties

Hello everyone:
I am trying to find rental properties (duplex, fourplex, etc)
but I am not sure how to go about it. I am in property management for the last 15 years
Can someone give me some ideas about financing and not having to come up with all the money for down?

For 1-4 units, if you have good credit 100% financing is no problem. You can also get a seller concession which would allow you 106% financing, basically covering any closing costs much of the time.

Thank you snow bank, but how good the credit has to be ovr 700??
