I have a 2-brdm duplex condo in the Gila Springs area of Chandler, AZ(walking distance to Intel) that I’m trying to rent out. If anyone is familiar with the area I would appreciate feedback on how the rental market is doing in Chandler. I’m asking $795 per month for the unit on Craig’s List (http://phoenix.craigslist.org/apa/84310337.html) , but am wondering if I should be asking for less or perhaps more. I live out of state so its difficult for me know whats happening in AZ.
