“Good?” There’s a “lease” and an “option to buy,” and then there’s a “lease with an option to buy.” Which do you need?

One very important factor is to have a well written lease agreement. You need to make sure you protect yourself and clearly state the responsibilities of your tenant. A lease option should be a separate agreement.
