Folks,
I have State Farm to provide insurance coverage on
my rental property.
It appears that their rates have gone up from the last
time i signed up.
For a $375K coverage, the premium i am quoted is
almost close to $1K/year.
What are other landlords using?
Thanks
Krish

She is an insurance broker that specializes in investment properties. I refer my clients to her. Let her know that I had you call. Hope she can help in your state.
I use USAA in San Antonio but you have to be in the military (currently or fomerly).
My properties are cheaper but I pay about $250 a year for each…
