How many of your are selling a home as rent to own? What rent credits do you give and how did you come up with a purchase price? Do you do an ammoritzation or how long do you let them rent before paying you completley off? What do you do when they don’t pay? Do they lose all their rent credits? I am thinking about doing this as income and need some advice. Thanks, Amy
