i have my first rent to own deal that im doing. what do i need to put this together. so far i have the lease agreement, option agreement, rental app. is there anything else i need until the final closing which wont be for at least a year?
Foz, it depends upon the type of deal you are doing, and your position in it. Also, who’s contracts/agreements are you using? Without having a look at the paperwork it is impossible to determine if it is adequate and what else you might need.
