Looking for anyone with experience in this.
I have a condo for sale, and someone just called me wanting to do a rent-to-own. here are some of the conditions that I placed on her:
- she pays taxes from the day she moves in until closing. [6 months]
- Earneast money/same as deposit if she gets out of the contract earnest money becomes mine!
3.she pays 100% of expenses for this condo.
