Relocation package

We’re being relocated for work and I would love to know from someone who’s experienced it to give me some insights on what to expect from a corporate relocation. It’s a total package of everything from them packing and shipping everything we have to the company buying our house if it sits on the market too long. This is the part that worries me as I hope they’ll give me fair market value or my asking price based on the two appraisals and inspections they’ll do.

if its too far below market value, consider doing a lease option…

have some one buy your house at their fmv price… do a lease option by paying them 3k to use there credit and then sublet it… the all u have to do is rent it out on month to month until u fetch fmv with more of a chance of covering both mortgages…
