Hello,
I am new to investing and am in the education stage, well have been for the past two years, but am really looking to take some action. This is a goal of mine for 2010. I am interested in joining a REIA in nj, but my schedule does not permit me to get to their meetings. I was wondering if a coach or a mentor would suffice in my situation? I am located in the central/southern region of nj near philly. I am looking to close my first deal in the next few months as I am still educating myself. Any advice is appreciated.
