How many times/ways will you be asking this same question? I’ve deleted about 5 or 6 of them.
As several others have already told you, persons under that age of 18 cannot enter into a legal contract for REI. THat limits your coices to primarily being a “bird dog”.
You might also see if someone would take you uinder their wing and show you some stuff in exchange for your help (cleaning up, doing mailers, etc.).
Try to find and join a REI Club in your area.

Get a guardian. You can’t legally enter into real estate contracts as a minor as such contract can be void by you at any time as the minor. This offers “0” security for any investor. However, a guardian (18 or older) can act on your behalf in this area. But that’s another story for another day.
