Hi all. Newbie here. I came across Freedomsoft while reading this forum. Seems like it has some great options for campaigns, website setup, list tracking, auto responders, etc.
I am certainly willing to pay $200/month for the right software. Anything else I should consider? Thanks all.

are you actively doing real estate right now without the software?? because i see it working hand at hand with the things your already doing. not something you want to start your career off with cause it wont work for you, you have to work it to enhance and super size your already proven systems of work…
If you are starting out it probably is not worth it. I have never used freedom soft but I have tried another software and was not happy with it.
I used MS Word, Excel, and outlook to mange my business (we mail 1000s of postcards/letters a month and sent LOIs/contracts out daily). You just need a system in place to manage it all.
Freedomsoft is the gold standard of REI software. The four creators are all personal friends of mine. And, I even had a small hand in designing some of the features. In addition, I’ve used other programs, as well.
But, as mentioned in earlier posts, I’d wait till you have some business coming in. These programs are business managers. They won’t help if you have no business - leads, data to store, marketing campaigns going, etc, etc.
Get a flip or two under your belt and then invest in something to streamline your business.
I 100% agree with this. FS will not do deals for you just by buying the software. You have to work at it and actually use the software and everything it has to offer to get your money’s worth.
I’ve been using the software for close to a year now and it has automated so many aspects of my business. Maestro is right about FS being the gold standard of REI software. Just don’t expect it to do all the work for you.
