Try AIREO.com. They are based in Dallas and have regular meetings. I have met and done business with several people on the site.
AIREO.com is a great resource of DFW area. I am a licensed agent and a licensed home inspector in the DFW area. I work with a lot of different investors and much of them are through contacts that I have made through that site.
