Hello everyone

I am sort of new to the REI. Have one rental home that I have owned for 8 years. I am looking to educate myself on REI as far as buying, flipping, selling, contracts, and finance. I learn best when there are videos or audio. I have read some books but I feel that is not my best learning method.

I have researched some expensive courses but am not sure if they are decent courses or someone just trying to make money. Are there any video/audio courses that someone really likes and recommends?

I would say your best bet is connecting with a Meetup group that specializes in REI. They are the best places and the cost is nominal. Pick those people’s brains and maybe you can find a partner that can walk with you through the process??
