I am new to this so please forgive me for asking newbie questions.
I am looking to buy a forclosure before it goes to auction. I have already made a verbal offer to the owner.
I have less than two weeks to close but don’t know where to start.
From what I have read I need to find a good REI attorney. Is this correct?
If so can anyone reccomend one that realy knows the ropes?
