How do I find good contractors in Ohio, specifically the Toledo and Youngstown area? I am in California, so I am not familiar with these areas. ???

I too live in California and i recently purchased a property in Cleveland Ohio. I teamed up with a guy who finds the properties for me, repairs them and sells them for me. So he pretty much handles it all for me.
