Can anyone recommend a reputable general contractor in the Albany/Capitol Region area. I have a 2 family in downtown Albany that needs rehabbing…water damage from leaking roof (roof now repaired)…new electric and possibly plumbing…new kitchens and bathroom needed.
I plan to keep this property as a rental, possibly to lower - mid income tenants.
